1. Operator

These terms govern the Listerhill mobile app extensions shop operated by Atlan Family Office GmbH, Arndtstr. 25, 22085 Hamburg, Deutschland. HRB 144870, Amtsgericht Hamburg. BaFin-ID 10154910, BAK-Nr. 154910. Gattung: Wertpapierinstitut. Geschäftsführender Direktor: Hannes Riekenberg.

2. Subject

The shop offers monthly-billed software extensions for the Listerhill Credit Union mobile app. Each extension is a separate contract that renews monthly until cancelled and connects to your Listerhill mobile app via the official banking API.

3. Contract formation

A contract is formed when we send the activation email confirming an ordered Listerhill extension. Prices are as displayed at the moment of order, in EUR, and include German VAT where applicable.

4. Term and cancellation

Each Listerhill extension renews for successive one-month periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and can be initiated from the account page.

5. Payment

Payments are processed monthly via SEPA direct debit or card. A failed payment retries for three business days; if unsuccessful the extension is suspended.

6. Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of order under German Fernabsatzgesetz. See Withdrawal.

7. Data handling

Extensions connect to your Listerhill mobile app via the official banking API and work alongside Listerhill. Data handling is described in Privacy.

8. Availability

The shop is available 24/7 excluding planned maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.

9. Liability

Liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages except for cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or damages under the Produkthaftungsgesetz.

10. Dispute resolution

Consumers may address complaints to the VuV-Ombudsstelle (vuv-ombudsstelle.de).

11. Governing law

German law. Place of jurisdiction: Hamburg.
